Cooler Master are definitely one of the more interesting brands out there, providing us with solutions around gaming and cooling, and they have now spread into providing users with high quality mice and keyboards as well. Last week, they announced two new gaming mice, with a simple build but high specs.
Both mice, the Alcor and the Mizar focus on proven comfortable and classic design. The mice offer low weight, and focus on a right handed, classic and ergonomic feel, which allows users a comfortable long term use.
Alcor offers an optical sensor, and utilizes the Avago 3090 optical sensor, featuring a DPI range up to 4000. DPI levels can be switched on the fly, and life long Omron switches promise that the mouse will keep up with the most rigorous and hard fought battles. A multi-coloured LED illuminates the CM Storm logo, helping you identify the current DPI mode.
Mizar uses an Avago 9800 laser sensor, with a DPI up to 8200. Once again, four levels can be accessed by two buttons on the mouse. It also features reinforced rubber side pads to ensure extra grip for gamers. The software provided lets you adjust DPI profiles, multi colour LED, and allows control of the fully programmable 7 buttons to assign functions and macros.
Both Alcor and Mizar are available on CoolerMaster website, and will be available in the UK in the coming weeks for £29.99 and £39.99, respectively.
