Amazfit, a leading global smart wearable brand, unveiled the Amazfit T-Rex 3 smartwatch at IFA Berlin. Designed for the modern explorer, the T-Rex 3 combines military-grade durability, advanced outdoor navigation features, and long battery life.
The Amazfit T-Rex 3 boasts a 16% larger and 100% brighter AMOLED display compared to the previous generation. The body is also upgraded with a stainless steel bezel for a more rugged look.
Software features include free offline maps and contour maps with turn-by-turn directions. The watch also offers new health features such as readiness assessment and heart rate variability monitoring.
For the fitness enthusiasts, the T-Rex 3 boasts over 170 workout modes including new additions like the Hyrox Race mode, Freediving, Ultramarathon, and an upgraded Strength Training mode.
The Amazfit T-Rex 3 can last up to 27 days with typical usage or 180 hours of maximum GPS usage on a single charge.
The watch also prioritizes user privacy. It offers enhanced privacy protection measures, including options for GPS discretion. Users can choose from permanent cloud storage of GPS data, temporary cloud storage, no cloud upload, or even disabling GPS permissions entirely.
The Amazfit T-Rex 3 integrates with Zepp OS 4, the world’s first smartwatch OS with fully-integrated AI. This OS offers a rich app ecosystem, connectivity with third-party fitness devices, and an AI assistant powered by OpenAI’s GPT-4o technology.
In 31 countries across Europe, users can make contactless payments from their wrist with Zepp Pay.
