Acer enters the handheld gaming PC market with the Nitro Blaze 7

Acer has just launched the Nitro Blaze 7, their entry into the handheld gaming PC market. It comes equipped with Ryzen AI and the new Acer Game Space app that combines favourite AAA titles into one library.

The device features fast and smooth gameplay, and is powered by the AMD Ryzen 8040 series processors. They offer up to 39 total AI TOPS and come with up to 2TB of storage and 16 GB of RAM.

With all this power, it offers stutter free visuals on a full HD 144Hz refresh rate IPS touch panel, which comes paired with AMD Radeon 780M graphics, Radeon Super Resolution and AMD FreeSync Prenium Technology.

On top of this, you get the Acer Game Space app, which integrates mainstream gaming platforms on the Windows 11 powered handheld.

At only 670g, it offers a compact and lightweight design to allow portable gaming anywhere. On top of this are all the usual connectivity options like lightning fast WiFi.

The device gives users full intuitive control, whether it is selecting items from inventory or drawing paths for characters. The touch interface is responsive, while the usual joystick, directional buttons and other control keys make gaming a priority for this device.

Also packed in a 2x1W speakers as well a 50W battery to keep the portable experience going.

The device comes with dimensions of 25.6 x 11.35 x 2.25 cm.
