11th May, at the 2021 UK Media briefing for Haier UK and Ireland, the focus was on the Connected Home for Smart Living, reiterating Haier’s desire to be the First Consumer Choice for the Smart Home.
The presentation by Jim McEwan, COO of Haier UK and Ireland, Milo Cheney, Product Manager for refrigeration and Ben Peach, Product Manager for Laundry, showcased the connected home innovations and the launch of new products that leverage the values and distinctive characteristics of the Haier brand.

The FD 83 SERIES 7 with water dispenser, that offers customised connectivity, tailored to your needs, via Wi-Fi and powered by the hOn app. This stunning NEW product features ergonomic design, premium solutions and amazing tailor-made technology. A French Door refrigerator that brings all Haier’s efforts in cooling technology development to the maximum level with the newest and exclusive connectivity features. Thanks to the hOn App, you have total control over your refrigerator functions by smartphone. An intelligent and customised way to satisfy your needs at any time. It also features an innovative water dispenser, for fresh and filtered water every time.
Furthermore, there is the introduction of the NEW I-Pro Series 5 (959 Series) whichconsists of a washing machine and washer dryer for professional results in your home. It all starts with loading, made easier by the large capacity which is even available with the slim machines. When it comes to washing, a full set of dedicated programs ensures superior cleaning, drying and sanitising for your laundry.
