Acer announce their first 4G LTE Tablet with Dual SIM: Acer Iconia Talk S tablet

Acer are no stranger to making robust and good value tablets. While they may not be the highest name when people go looking for tablets, they are slowing working in the background, making their specs better, and improving the value for money they offer.

The latest from the them, the Iconia Talk S is one such device.

To call it a tablet is perhaps slightly wrong. It features Dual SIM slots, as well as the ability to make phone calls. So why call it a tablet? The size is what I would point towards. It comes with the following basic features:

  • 7-inch HD IPSi Display with Zero Air Gap and Anti-Fingerprint coating;
  • 4G LTE connectivity and dual SIM adding speed and flexibility;
  • Robust computing strength combined with battery efficiency and exceptional graphics thanks to Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ processor.

It promises a balanced world of productivity, with 4G connectivity as well as its dual SIM. Being slim and only 270 grams, it can also live in your backpack or a big pocket easily, making this the only device you need to carry. Yes, this can actually replace your phone!

It offers speed on many fronts, from the 4G connectivity to the Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor. Battery life is not bad either, despite all this, with the promise of 300 hours of standby time.

On top of all this, the screen features an IPS panel, with built in Zero Gap Technology, that enhances visuals and gives you Anti Fingerprint coating too. This means good usage, indoors and outdoors.
