It is definitely the season to announce new stuff. Nokia have just launched the Nokia Lumia 925 (and the Lumia 928 only recently), Google have I/O this week, and the Apple WWDC is coming up next month. Not far behind is Blackberry, with their Blackberry Live event (formerly Blackberry World), which will be taking place from today in Florida.
The event is a show case in what to expect, what the company is doing, and other highlights of what to come and what has been.
Obviously, one issue that may come up is whether tablets are really going to die or not, but we’ll see what they have to say about that.
You also have live performances from the likes of Alicia Keys.
You can catch all the action on their Youtube channel: www.youtube.com/blackberry
The event starts at 9am ET which is 3pm BST.
The music starts at 7pm ET which will be 1am BST.
There will be constant updates from Blackberry on their virtual press office:
The news will also be reported via their Twitter accounts: @BlackBerryNews, @BlackBerry, @BlackBerry4Biz and @BlackBerryDev
