I love my Chromebook, and while it has been a great buy that has delivered everything I wanted it to deliver, the one gap in its armour was the lack of a working Skype app. Specially since Skype has been working on mobiles since the days of Symbian!
This was not helped by the fact that Skype did have a web interface, which worked on other devices, even Linux, but not on Chromebooks.
Well all that has changed, and Skype is finally accessible on Chromebooks via the Web Skype interface.
