The iPhone 12 Is Here With More To Offer Than Expected

Apple today announced the iPhone 12 alongside the flagship iPhone 12 Pro models at the Special event held at Apple Park. The new iPhone 12 brings in incredible improvements compared to the predecessor iPhone 11. It now comes equipped with the latest and fastest chip ever produced by Apple, the A14 Bionic which is complemented by the 5G connectivity. Now you can experience blazing fast streaming and downloading speeds.

The Display

The display technology on the iPhone 12 has also been improved significantly as it now features the edge to edge Super Retina XDR display measuring at 6.1 inches. The display is also protected with Apple’s latest ceramic shield adding toughness and decreasing the chances of it breaking. 

Design and Camera

The design of the iPhone 12 brings back memories from the times of iPhone 5. It now has sharper edges and a more brick-like form factor. The back of the device is glass and houses the new Advanced dual-camera system. This advanced camera system features the Ultra-Wide camera and a new Wide camera with an ƒ/1.6 aperture, the fastest yet on iPhone, providing 27 per cent more light for even more amazing low-light photos and videos.

The 12 mini

The best part of the new iPhone 12 is that it now comes in two different sizes. The regular iPhone 12 at 6.1 inches and the iPhone 12 mini at 5.4 inches. Both models offer the same features, however, the iPhone 12 mini is the thinnest, lightest and the most compact 5G smartphone to exist so far. 

Both models also feature the new MagSafe introduced to the iPhone for the first time. Now users have the liberty to not worry about placing the phone wrong on a wireless charger. The charging speeds have improved as well. 

iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini will be available in five beautiful aluminum finishes, including blue, green, black, white, and (PRODUCT)RED.1 Pre-orders for iPhone 12 begin Friday, October 16, with availability beginning Friday, October 23. iPhone 12 mini will be available for pre-order beginning Friday, November 6, and in stores beginning Friday, November 13.
