Huawei Announces Huawei FreeBuds Pro’s

Huawei recently launched the tech-savvy Huawei Mate 40 Series and alongside it also introduced the Huawei FreeBuds Pro. The new FreeBuds by the Chinese tech giant now offer new high-quality audio recording feature to enhance the sound quality of videos and livestreams. The new high-quality audio recording is compatible with third-party video or live streaming app similar to how the native camera app is compatible.

Our review for them can be found here.

When a user is recording vlog on the smartphone, they can simply move away from the smartphone to stay withing the filed of the capture of the camera. Due to the high recording functionality, the FreeBuds can also be transformed into two-way audio equipment.

The packaging and the size of the buds are quite compact. However, this compactness comes at no compromise as they feature a 3 mic system built in which accurately captures the voice of the user. Huawei’s proprietary Bluetooth high-quality audio recording algorithm effectively distinguishes between human voices and environmental sounds, before they then compress and transmit everything to the smartphone. The FreeBuds can cover a sound frequency band of between 20Hz to 20kHz. As a result, they can sensitively record a variety of daily sounds and capturing all the details to effectively enhance video quality.

In order to show how well the Huawei FreeBuds Pro perform, Huawei have also created a bunch of sound based experiences called Sonic Escapes. They take advantage of the active noise cancelling offered by them and provide an amazing immersive experience.

Huawei FreeBuds Pro are available in three colours – Silver Frost, Ceramic White and Carbon Black all priced at £169 from the Huawei Store and selected retailers.
