The 4K Ultra HD OLED 48CX is an addition to LG’s already existing ultimate viewing TV experience with screen ranges from 55, 66, 77, and 88. The new 48-inch OLED TV by LG is no foreigner to its unbeatable quality of LG OLED display technology. It boasts the same perfect blacks and infinite contrasts thanks to the self-illuminating pixels. It has a higher pixel density of 8 million pixels on a more compact screen as compared to other models. As a result, the colors produced are more vivid and sharper. Delivering 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) resolution on a 48-inch OLED screen offers next-level viewing experience to the mid-size TV category for the first time. 

LG OLED 48CX is a great option for gamers as well. It is one of the first TVs to have NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatibility. This means that the graphics are rendered perfectly, increasing players’ sense of immersion by adapting the TV’s refresh rate to the frame rate of the connected hardware. 

Not just this but the LG OLED 48CX also supports a wide range of popular HDR formats including the dynamic HDR10 and Dolby Vision at up to 120 frames per second for 4K UHD content, taking advantage of advanced HDMI specifications such as auto low latency mode (ALLM), enhanced audio return channel (eARC) and variable refresh rate (VRR). To support the use of a wide variety of gaming devices, LG has added the support for HDMI VRR to all its 2020 OLED TVs. As a result, customers can install graphic cards and attach consoles easily. 

The TV also provides with ultra-fast response thanks to the HDR Gaming Interest Group’s (HGiG) HDR gaming profile which is in all OLED TVs of 2020 by LG. This means that gamers can enjoy high-quality graphics when playing HDR games via consoles on their LG TVs. To make the gaming experience whole, the Dolby Atmos support and LG’s deep learning-based AI Acoustic Tuning combined to do a wonderful job and producing excellent quality sound.

Sales of the anticipated LG OLED 48CX will kick off in key European and Asian markets in June, with North America and other target countries to follow.
