GoPro has announced the Million Dollar Challenge Highlight, a crowd-sourced highlight video using the latest GoPro models HERO8 Black and MAX by a user community with amazing passion and creativity. This is the second project, following last year, with users with GoPro’s latest cameras, each with unique perspectives, stunning images, and enthralling moments and passions. I called for an application for a video of being out. One million dollars will be evenly distributed to applicants selected for the “Million Dollar Challenge Highlight,” in which GoPro selects and combines materials from among the submitted works to produce a highlight video. This year, approximately 42,000 HERO8 Black and MAX video clips, almost twice as many as last year, were submitted from 104 countries.

“ The technology and simplicity of HERO8 Black and MAX make it possible for non-professional users to shoot stunning professional-quality footage, ” said Nick Woodman, founder, and CEO of GoPro. The HERO8 Black and MAX, even beginners, can shoot beautiful movie-like footage right out of the box, and the Million Dollar Challenge offers the awesome performance of our products and the great creativity of GoPro users. It’s our way of praising both, and you can see in this Million Dollar Challenge Highlight that the world we live in is filled with wonderful people and places. ”

GoPro’s video production team looked at all the submitted videos, which lasted around 350 hours, and selected the most fantastic videos to edit into one highlight video.
