Power from the sun: APTERA Unveiled world’s first NEVER CHARGE EV

Aptera Never Charge

One of the leading efficient passenger vehicles manufacturers, Aptera Motors has launched Never Charge. It is an integrated solar-charging system that enables the user to never have to charge their car again. It meets the mileage range need of most drivers and is the first vehicle charging system to be able to do so.

“A no-fuel transportation option is finally possible, the result of Aptera’s efficient vehicle technology and today’s leading solar cells,” said Aptera co-CEO Steve Fambro. “This is a genuinely off-grid solution and something that can power my home. I’ll feel much better about my energy-use footprint with an Aptera in my driveway.”

What’s great about it?

The Aptera has the potential to go on for 1000 miles on a single charge. This is four times more efficient than the average electric vehicle. It boasts the lowest energy consumption compare to any electric vehicle out there in the market right now at 100 watthours per mile. What’s going to be great about Never Charge is that a modest solar complement will simple add 40 miles worth of power per day. It just has to be integrated into the surface of the Aptera’s body and you will be good to go with more than 11000 miles of total charge per year with no effect on the performance of the vehicle.

Never Charge is an amazing job done by the company as it is the first-ever to be offered with truly grid-independent transportation. It has the capacity to enable drivers to use the excess power generated to run their homes or transfer it back to the grid at night. Consequently, Aptera won’t have to come up with a rapid charging solution for the Vehicle as Never charge replaces that need with a more efficient solution.

Pricing and Availability

Initially available as part of a special-edition package, Never Charge will ultimately be an option for any Aptera vehicle. Option details and pricing will be announced in the coming months, prior to the start of pre-orders.
