On September 14th, 2019. Britain’s best network for coverage has unveiled its unlimited data consumer plans. With the advent of the consumer plans, O2 has abolished all the limits and restrictions for its customers.  The data plans cover customs plans and SIM-only contracts. Consumers have been known to fall in for the fear of running out of data as research has claimed. O2 has found a solution to this fear for its customers.

The unlimited data plans have been announced with a starting price of £33 per month for an 18-month SIM-only plan. Customers can now enjoy carefree data usage on the best network coverage provided in Britain. This is not just it. O2 has further enabled its customers to choose from the latest smartphones in the market currently, and a range of 5G ready devices if they decide to go for the Limitless plan.

5G

O2 will be launching its 5th generation network in October. So, customers won’t have to wait for 5G for much longer. Moreover, O2 will be providing unlimited handset tariff options for its customers alongside the 5th generation network.

O2’s Unlimited Data Plans

  • O2 will launch on selected handsets and SIM-only.
  • SIM-only pricing starts at £33 per month for 18-month contracts.

Upgrade and Recycle

O2 has an option in store for its customers who are already availing the Custom Plans. If they want to upgrade early from another handset they simply need to pay off the difference of their device price to stay up to date. Another option is to recycle their device with O2 recycle and use the amount received to upgrade the plan. Customers who want to keep their phone after their device plan comes to an end will only pay for their monthly airtime plan from that point. From 4th October customers on an O2 Custom Plan can also flex up to Unlimited Data plans.
