Lenovo unveiled it’s all-new Android Tablets

Lenovo has launched its new Android tablets as an addition to its famously known android tablet family. The two tablets released are Lenovo Tab M7 and Lenovo Tab M8. the M series falls in the mid-range of the P and E series. It gives a lot of room for options to families and users in general. It has a premium look and is one of the most affordable tablets out in the market.

Consumers who need a tablet slightly larger and more substantial should check out the new Tab M8. This second-generation model features a larger 8-inch 1280 x 800 IPS display, up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, the MediaTek A22 Tab quad-core 2GHz processor, and Dolby Audio. As with the Tab M7, the Tab M8 features GPS, G-sensor, and a 2MP front camera, but adds in a 5MP rear camera, additional sensors including ambient light and P-sensor, an IP5X rating against dust and water, plus Bluetooth 5.0 and up to 18 hours of battery life.

Lenovo’s Tab M8 comes with Kid’s Mode 3.0 for families with kids. It is an independent account that offers content for kids under the age of 12. It offers a child-friendly interface and families don’t have to worry about children being exposed to things they aren’t supposed to use and see. Moreover, it has built-in games and other games can be downloaded. It also has a package of educational content that kids can make use of productively. Parental controls are also available to limit children’s usage time, while the eye-protection mode is automatically turned on to help protect sensitive young eyes.

The Tab M7 is the decidedly low-end option of the two with a 7-inch, 1024×600 LCD display, as little as 8GB of storage, and a 3,500 mAh battery for 10 hours of use. The base model comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage and runs on top of Android Go, but there’s a 2GB RAM model that comes with 16GB or 32GB of storage running normal Android Pie. There’s also a 2MP rear camera.

  •     Lenovo Tab M7 starts at €99 (including VAT) and is expected to be available starting in October 2019 on Lenovo’s official website and selected retailers. 
  •     Lenovo Tab M8 (HD) starts at €139 (including VAT) and is expected to be available starting in October 2019 on Lenovo’s official website and selected retailers. 
  •     Lenovo Tab M8 (FHD) starts at €159 (including VAT) and is expected to be available starting in October 2019 on Lenovo’s official website and selected retailers.
