No Active Google Services or YouTube Account (Desktop)

In order to use the service, you have to get started by creating a YouTube account.

Go to the YouTube website and complete the following steps to create your account:

  1. Sign in on the top right-hand corner of the YouTube homepage screen
  2. Click More Options and then Create Account.
  3. You will be prompted to sign in to Google services or to create an account.
  4. Follow the steps to create or sign in to your Google Account.

Get Started – Active Google Services / YouTube Account (Desktop)

  1. Go to the YouTube TV homepage
  2. Select Try it Free on the YouTube TV homepage towards the bottom of your screen.
  3. You will be prompted to create or sign in to your Google account.

Once you’re signed in, you can immediately begin to use the features of your new YouTube TV account. You can search for your favourite channels, shows, and genres to create a personalized playlist and schedule DVD recordings.
