Yeah, you read that right. Three have not only announced that they will be bringing 4G to the UK market in December (no exact dates announced), they have also announced that it will be available to their consumers at no extra cost. All that would be required is a software upgrade, which probably won’t even be an issue if you have an unlocked/SIM Free phone.
Well done Three! Hopefully, others will end up going to the same model too!
It goes live in London, Birmingham and Manchester, with the promise of 50 more cities by the end of 2014.
