Oxford Geeks Night tonight: Featuring Raspberry PI! (13/2/13)

By Sami Mughal

Oxford is hosting Eben Upton, one of the founders and trustees of the Rapsberry PI today for Oxford Geeks Night. Oxford Geeks Night is a monthly venture that features lectures and notes from various ‘geeks’ in the locality and allows them to present their ideas as well as ask for any help and support. This is often followed by another mini lecture, and what they call a one minute pitch, where engineers and companies alike come forward and pitch whatever they want to pitch. Mostly sponsored by Torchbox, it is a free for all event and often includes a free drink too, till they run out. This event is hosted upstairs at the Jericho Tavern and is due to start at half 7.
Today features an all star cast, and I would urge you to get there as soon as you can to make sure you have standing and breathing space!
Check out all the details at:

Also, I will be there along with a mate or two. Give us a shout. If you can! (You can always email us or talk to us on Twitter if you want to!)
EDIT: My mistake… this is due on the 13th of MARCH!
