O2 HTC ONE X – Jelly Bean update on its way!

Just had the following (well, okay few good hours ago), I had the above communication with O2. Hopefully this means, the update is finally coming. I know the unbranded versions of HTC ONE X as well as the Vodafone versions already have had the update. Here is hoping it comes soon!
Have you had your update yet? How does it feel? Does it work okay for you? Do drop a line. Or if, like me, you are stuck in the waiting list, you can get in touch with O2 over twitter, as they seem very happy to respond. You can follow or tweet them at www.twitter.com/O2.
There is also the HTC UK account on twitter, though I find them to be less helpful. They can be followed or tweeted at www.twitter.com/htc_UK.

Update:
O2 seem to be stuck, or just haven’t made their mind up about a few things. This is the latest conversation I have had with them:

@oxgadgets Sorry for any confusion , we’re still working with HTC and our device specialiststo roll this out ASAP, sorry for the delay 🙁

I am afraid this is quite bad and unprofessional. What makes it worse is that the O2 Gurus and technical help line don’t seem to know what is going on either. Here is a link that shows the conversations they have been having with the O2 customers:

Of course, so far my old phone is still stuck on the ICS update, and there are no updates available. Sadly, EE has already issued updates and the unbranded HTC ONE X phones have had the update since last week too. I understand this is Xmas break period, but still!
